I _think_ about going back to sleep, but about 8 times out of 10 quickly decide that doing so would result in an annoyingly wet bed, so I stretch, do some horizontal tai chi-ish moves to make sure everything is still working, and go to the bathroom. After that, coffee, toast, pills, & oatmeal seem to be in order, along with getting on the internet to check email & a few blogs before the phone rates go up at 8 a.m.
Following this, maybe as much as 50% of the time, I might go back to bed and nap for an hour or so.
