There are so many Hugo winners, and the whole I-know-who-it-is-but-you-don't thing is so tiring. Any chance of telling us which particular Hugo winner will be involved?

It wasn't actually intended as a I-know-who-it-is-but-you-don't thing.

The Hugo winner is frostfox, also a former Minicon artist GoH. I *think* she's planning to spend her hour on the plinth bellydancing.
