So, I made it to the club to run tonight. Ran for an hour. Or technically, I ran for 33 minutes, walked for twelve minutes, and ran at a slower pace for fifteen minutes. According to the treadmill, I went 6.19 miles in my hour of running.

I clearly haven't recovered from my cold yet.
