Microsoft Settlement

I've received, in snail-mail, two bits of paperwork regarding the settlement of the Minnesota Microsft antitrust case. I've already sent one in, so I imagine the other bit (if I haven't already tossed it) is available to anyone else who would like a copy of their own.

What I find somewhat interesting is that I was also e-mailed a copy, and my ISP's spam filters flagged the settlement ad as spam. I wonder hom many otherwise eligible people will never see the ad, and thus miss out on filing?
