I sent mine in yesterday. Now I can deliver the membership (sans voting rights) to the person who's actually going to use it at the con.

I find the fingerprint requirement to be too onerous.

of course, given the number of time I've had my fingerprints taken recently, I'm sure there are enough extra copies floating around to satisfy anyone.
