1992 Chevy Cavalier, grey 2 door, 117,000 miles. We recently put $500 into it. And the mechanic recommended about that much in additional work to fix the shocks, the guage that regulates the engine temp which is what he thinks causes it to kill after running for 20 minutes and some other thing I can't recall but he could tell you.

mizzlaurajean's mother she bought it new and then to me. It has never liked rain and will kill if you drive it through big puddles.
It has hail damage dents from that year we had that big storm, some rust and is missing the driver's side mirror.
I'd like to say we've taken immaculate care of it but we have not. We have kept it running though. And I think with a little investment it could run for a few years.
If you do not have a garage stall for it you will probably want to be able to plug it in in the winter. In the very extreme cold even with the garage storage it occasionally needed a jump.
